Service Description

Automated website analysis including Playwright runtime analysis, Lighthouse scoring, security checks, and optional AI-driven code suggestions and patch generation.

Acceptable Use

• Scan only public sites or those you are authorized to analyze.
• Do not scan internal/private networks or upload regulated/sensitive data unless you control retention.

User Accounts & API Keys

Accounts may be created via Google Sign-In; profile information is stored in Firestore. API keys are validated via Firestore and subject to rate limiting.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of uploaded content; by uploading you grant the operator a license to process and store content to provide the Service during the retention period.

Disclaimers, Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scans and AI-generated suggestions are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute professional, legal, security, or compliance advice.

Note on Scan Accuracy: Automated lab scans (Lighthouse, Playwright, PageSpeed) aim to approximate user experience but can be affected by where and how they run — local CPU load, network conditions, throttling mode, and bot behavior can produce results that differ from real user metrics. Use these scans for guidance and trend detection; supplement with field data (Real User Monitoring) and repeated runs in a consistent environment for production decisions.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF NO AMOUNT WAS PAID, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the operator and its officers, directors, employees, agents and partners from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of third-party rights; or (iv) any content you submit, upload or transmit through the Service.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scan or probe systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to test;
• Upload personal data or regulated information unless you have lawful rights to process it;
• Attempt to interfere with the Service or bypass security controls;
• Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Automate abusive requests or attempt to overwhelm our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected breaches and to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct.

Account, API Keys & Rate Limiting

Accounts may be created via Google Sign-In. API keys (if issued by the operator) grant programmatic access and must be kept secret. The server enforces rate limits for API key usage. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account or API key.

Uploads, Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content or submitting materials for analysis, you grant the operator a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, analyze and display that content solely as necessary to provide the Service and to comply with legal obligations. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

Data Removal, Account Termination & DMCA

If you wish to request deletion of account data, notify us at support@subto.one and provide sufficient information to identify the content (account email, scan id). We will take reasonable steps to verify the request and, where applicable, remove or anonymize personal data in accordance with our retention policy.

If you believe content hosted by the Service infringes your copyright, follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown procedures applicable to the operator's jurisdiction. Provide a written notice with the required elements for a DMCA takedown and send it to support@subto.one for processing.

Security & Incident Response

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. In the event of a security incident affecting personal data, we will follow applicable breach-notification laws and notify affected parties and authorities where required.

Fees & Payment

At present the repository indicates a free model; if fees are introduced for additional services, payment terms will be posted and agreed prior to charging. Refunds, if any, will be at the operator's discretion and will be set forth in payment terms at that time.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established. You and the operator agree to seek to resolve disputes informally before initiating litigation. Any unresolved dispute may be subject to binding arbitration or litigation in the operator's jurisdiction, as specified by the operator in deployed terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
